To create a CD with the default MediaCD 2.0 configuration, copy
the following files to the root of the CD:

  - MediaCD.exe
      located in the installation folder
      (i.e., C:\Program Files\MediaCD)

  - autorun.inf
      located in the mcd20 subfolder

The following is a list of the default categories and file
formats supported, and which media player is used for each:
  Video:
    *.mpeg  (Windows Media Player)
    *.mpg   (Windows Media Player)
    *.avi   (Windows Media Player)
    *.asf   (Windows Media Player)
    *.rm    (RealPlayer)
    *.mov   (QuickTime Player)
    *.qt    (QuickTime Player)
  Audio:
    *.wav   (Windows Media Player)
    *.mp3   (Windows Media Player)
    *.mid   (Windows Media Player)
    *.ra    (RealPlayer)
